The new and improved digital entity relaunches today as a social network dedicated to urban style professionals and the people they inspire.
New features include “Style Squad,” a daily dose of expert opinion from top celebrity artists including Ursula Stephen, the much-lauded hair stylist for pop icon Rihanna and wardrobe stylist Wouri Vice, best known for his groundbreaking looks for Alicia Keys.
UrbanBeautyCollective.com also proudly features curated galleries bursting with real-life photos from style professionals of color nationwide. To date, more than 1,200 images have been uploaded by local hair stylists, barbers, wardrobe stylists, manicurists, estheticians and fitness trainers from around the country.
The new look of UrbanBeautyCollective.com is punctuated by custom illustrations by Los-Angeles based graphic designer and fashionista Katharina Pretl. Global Soul Media is on board to facilitate the social network’s digital advertising opportunities for forward-thinking marketers.
