Tosha I am going natural and I am having a HARD TIME with my hair reverting after I style it.
I do have a few natural clients that I do and they like to straighten thier hair. I do it once a week and they dont seem to have a problem. I am wondering if its a matter of training the hair so that it builds up a resistance?
I am going to try Carols Daughter this week .. Yes it is very expensive....

I don't do natural hair although I specialize in Healthy Hair, the big key is moisture. So in the sense of the hair being trained, I guess you can say that. When going natural the hair tends to be a lot dryer than normal so you have to condition the hair weekly to contain the moisture. Also Mizani H20 Night Time Intense Leave In Conditioner at night when wrapping the hair is great for helping hair to retain moisture and Style to last longer. You will notice that over time the styles will tend to last longer as the hair is better moisturized.
