What have you done for me lately?

We all know that the world is in a recession at this point and time and that everyone wants their dollar to be valued. As not only Stylist but Business Professionals, we have let our Customers know how important they are to us. So what have you done lately to ensure that your clients know that they are special to you? Have you simply said I appreciate you, given them a free trim, a free brush or comb, or for years of service a free shampoo and style to those out of work at this time and not able to come in. Everyone wants to know that they are appreciated it makes them much more wanting to do business with you.
