What Are Your Clients Main Concerns?

I get a lot of questions from brothas about razor bumps. I give easy every day solutions to them to combat it. But it is definitely the #1 question I get on the concern tip.

I have clients that complain about shedding, really all of the above . Typically the complaints are from my clients that dont have a consistent home care in between services. I offer them a treatment package, which includes , protien treamtemnt, hot oil treatment and a deep conditioner. If needed a good trim too. I have recently started to order these clients products so they can use them in between services

With new clients, that have the same complaint, what I find 95% of the time is that a corrective relaxer is needed. I also find that they relax thier hair at home themselves and of course they are overlapping the retouch on top the previous relaxed hair. With these clients I try to correct the shedding first before providing any chemical services. I dont listen to alot of complaints about other stylists. I just dont like to feed into that type of talk. Its better to listen and make suggestions on how you can help them .
