Hi this is Angel. I have been studying up on biotin. if this product is made mostly up of biotin then it probably does help the hairs growth. biotin is something that we all have in us already but if there is a deficiency of it it could be the reasons some of us suffer from eczema and dermatitis. i cant tell u right now whats in it that helps us but from all my reading it is a good vitamin 2 take. all of my clients that have since started r seeing really good results in their hair and skin. so i have started and cant wait 2 c what it does so i can say for myself. thanks

Yes that is a true statement that vitamin help with hair growth.Saw palmatto helps block DHT is a hormone that cause hair loss in 75% of men and 25 % of women.The hair and skin the last organ get dietary supplement from the body ,So vitamin supplement is important to the hair and skin.

JANET I HAVE BEEN PREACHING FOR YEARS ABOUT HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO TAKE CARE OF INSIDE BECAUSE OUR HAIR IS LIKE PLANTS I USE PLANTS TO HELP EDUCATE MY CLIENTS.WHEN THE PLANT IS DEAD,DRY,BRITTLE THAT MEANS ITS NOT GETTING ENOUGH MOISTURE AND VITAMINS THAT IT NEEDS TO GROW HEALTHY.AND IF IT IS ALIVE,THAT MEANS IT IS GETTING EVERYTHING THAT IT NEEDS.THANK YOU FOR PULLING ALL THE VITAMINS TOGETHER THAT WORK.
